Ordering
Please call us with your order at 1-800-833-7881
between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PST Monday thru Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
You may also fax your order to us at (360) 681-5110 or e-mail us

Payment
Payment must be received before your order
is processed. Pay by Pay Pal, check, money order or cashiers check.
Please allow an additional 10 days to processing time if paying
by check. WA residents add 8.4% sales tax. If paying by PayPal, add 5% of total order. Pre-approved net 30 accounts will accrue late fees on overdue invoices.
Shipping & Handling
All orders are shipped via UPS ground, if time allows. No international orders, please. Orders for
Alaska & Hawaii will be shipped 2nd Day Air. We do not ship
to P.O. boxes. Please be sure to provide us with a complete street
address, including zip code, for shipping your order to.
Discounts
Quantity discounts apply for ribbons with the
exact same copy.
Production Time
Stock ribbon orders are shipped within 72
hours. All other orders are processed in the order that we receive
them. Production time varies, depending on the season. When you
call to place your order, we will be able to let you know when it
will ship. We pride ourselves in quick turn-around! If you need
a rush order, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate
you.

Rush Orders
No additional charge for rush orders, unless
rush shipping charges apply. We make every effort to accommodate
rush orders!
Stock Logos
We have a large selection of stock logo dies
to choose from. Custom logos can be ordered for an additional charge. There is a one-time charge of $25.00.
Ribbon Colors
We use standard industry-wide placement ribbon
colors, unless otherwise requested.
